Include all required forms and documentation. Incomplete submissions may be rejected.

General Terms

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof.
All contracts for the construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).
The successful bidder shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and must be an equal opportunity employer.
