Season Pass Regulations

Passes may be purchased by submitting an application to the Mt. Vernon Parks and Recreation office located at 800 South 27th Street. Passes can only be purchased in person.

Pass holders must have their pass in possession while visiting the Aquatic Zoo.

Season passes are valid for normal operating hours for the General Swim and include the price of admission only. Special events, programs, lessons, concession purchases, and locker rentals will require additional fees. Please note that operating hours, dates, general swim hours and attraction availability ate subject to change without notice.

Family passes apply to residents of the same address only. Persons may be asked to show proof of residency for each member of the household over 18. For minors, bring proof of parentage for each child, such as an insurance card, social security card, school paperwork, birth certificate, student ID, etc. 

Falsifying information on the season pass application may result in revoking your pass without refund at the discretion of the Mt. Vernon Parks and Recreation Department. Passes must be surrendered to management upon request.

Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Season passes are issued to a single individual with a name and photo saved into a membership directory and issued a key fob card. Passes are valid for the complete designated season. 

Season pass holders are responsible for knowing and following all posted park rules. Failure to follow park rules is grounds for immediate pass revocation. 

Herd Rates

In order to receive the herd rate of $5.00 per person the following requirements must be met

• Must have 20+ in your herd
• All fees must be paid in one transaction
• Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance
• Must have a staff to child ratio of no less than 5:1
• Group rates are available during general swim hours only
