How to Purchase

Season passes can only be purchased in person at the Mt. Vernon Parks and Recreation office located at 800 South 27th Street.

To save time, download the Season Pass Application and fill it out before you come in.

When purchasing your pass, please bring proof of residency or parentage for each family member (such as a driver’s license, school paperwork, or birth certificate). Our staff will take a quick photo for your key fob card so you’ll be ready for the season!

Season Pass Guidelines

Your season pass gives you unlimited admission during normal operating hours for general swim. Special events, programs, lessons, concessions, and locker rentals are not included.

Family passes are for immediate family members living at the same address. Please note that passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Falsifying information may result in the pass being revoked without refund.

Pass holders must bring their pass each time they visit and follow all posted park rules. The Aquatic Zoo team wants everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience!
