Re: Asphalt Installation on Marteeny Street

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that, weather permitting, the City of Mt. Vernon Public Works Department will begin installing new asphalt on Marteeny Street from E. Fairfield Road to Airport Road on Tuesday, August 20th, 2024.

Key Information:

• Date of Work: Tuesday, August 20th, 2024
• Location: Marteeny Street from E. Fairfield Road to Airport Road
• Street Closure: The street will be closed to all traffic from 8:00 AM until approximately 7:00 PM.
• Parking Restrictions: No street parking will be allowed during this time period.
• Driveway Access: Residents along Marteeny Street will not have access to their driveways during the work hours. Please park vehicles on adjacent side streets or in the back alley.
