Important Update on Water Billing Notifications

We want to update you on our water billing notification system. If you have opted out of receiving text notifications, you will not receive texts, but you may still receive a phone call until your account is manually updated.

Our water billing department is currently removing anyone who has opted out of text notifications from phone call notifications as well. Since our software does not update this automatically, these changes are being made manually and are expected to be completed by May.

If you have opted out of texts but would still like to continue receiving phone call notifications, please contact our billing department at 618-242-6819.
