The City of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, has received a FY25 U.S. EPA Brownfield Assessment Grant to conduct environmental site assessments and related activities within the city limits of Mt. Vernon and surrounding areas as applicable. The City is seeking proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to provide professional services in support of this grant, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) preparation, community engagement support, and other tasks as outlined in the RFP.
All qualified contractors/vendors are invited to submit a sealed proposal.
