The City Of Mt. Vernon Seeks Bids For Sidewalk Replacement
The City of Mt. Vernon is inviting contractors to submit a sealed bid for the Mt. Vernon Sidewalk Replacement Project 2024. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 23rd, 2024, at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, Room 100, 1100 Main, Mt. Vernon, IL 62864. All bids will be opened and read aloud at that time.
Bid packets and specifications are available at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, Room 100, 1100 Main, Mt. Vernon, IL 62864, or online at mtvernon.com/bids.
Key points to note:
- The project involves approximately ½ mile of new sidewalk installation.
- The City of Mt. Vernon reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and will select the bid that is most advantageous to the city.
- The successful bidder must be an equal opportunity employer.
